Many interns take their training and experience at the Institute and directly apply it in the workforce or on their campus.

- Olivia Yates, executive assistant for Tim Goeglein at Focus on the Family.
- Dario Paya, a native of Chile, is now a member of the Chilean Congress.
- Bernadette Malone Connolly of New York is the editorial page editor of the Manchester Union Leader, the top daily paper in New Hampshire.
- John Garthwaite of Colorado is currently the Director of Townhall.com, an internet server that provides services for more than 30 conservative organizations on the World Wide Web.
- Rob Corzine of Michigan is the former staff assistant to former Attorney General Ed Meese at the Heritage Foundation.
