Virginia, “Ginni,” Thomas is a new social entrepreneur and the Founder of Liberty Central, Inc.  Liberty Central is a non-profit, non-tax deductible organization which will have a user-friendly, entertaining, and educational website designed to provide an online community for visitors to preserve freedom and reaffirm the core founding principles.

Ginni is excited about launching LibertyCentral.org and finds the new citizen activists inspirational. She brings passion, enthusiasm and principled participation to the public square.  Ginni is committed to serving as a clearinghouse for new and more effective online activism.

She was previously director of executive branch relations at The Heritage Foundation. In this capacity, she worked to advance Heritage’s policy recommendations on a range of foreign and domestic issues among decision-makers in the executive branch.

Before coming to Heritage, Ginni handled oversight responsibilities for the House Majority Leader’s Office. From 1993 to 1995, she was senior policy coordinator for the House Republican Conference.

Prior to that she was deputy assistant secretary of labor and a labor counsel for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Thomas also served on the legislative staff of former Rep. Hal Daub, R-Neb.
